To increase the storage volume of a reservoir tank without changing the diameter of an upper side of the reservoir tank.SOLUTION: A part of a peripheral wall of a vertically-long cylinder body 2 having a vertically-long cylinder hole 2b inside and a part of a peripheral wall of a vertically-long reservoir tank 3 with an upper opening A1 closed with a cap 14 are integrally connected, and a relief port 17a and a supply port 17b are formed in a connecting portion 2d between the cylinder body 2 and the reservoir tank 3. The reservoir tank 3 has a liquid storage chamber 3a inside, and on a lower side of the liquid storage chamber 3a, and a large-diameter liquid chamber 3b formed to have a diameter larger than an upper side is provided. A small-diameter storage chamber 3c with the upper opening A1 and a constricted portion 3d provided between the small-diameter storage chamber 3c and the large-diameter storage chamber 3b and formed smaller in diameter than the small-diameter storage chamber 3c are formed on the upper side of the storage chamber 3a.
