To detect a vehicle passing through a bridge at low cost.SOLUTION: A vehicle detection device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring time-series data of an observation value representing displacement of a bridge in a traveling direction of a vehicle at a position where a sensor on the bridge is provided from the sensor provided on the bridge; a moving average unit for calculating time series data of a moving average value subjected to moving average using a time window set in advance relative to the time-series data of the observation value; a difference calculation unit for calculating time series data of a difference value representing a difference between the observation value and the moving average value; and a determination unit for comparing the time series data of the difference value with a preset threshold value to determine that the vehicle has passed through the bridge when the difference value exceeds the threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】橋梁を通過する車両を少ないコストで検出する。【解決手段】車両検出装置は、橋梁に設けられたセンサから、橋梁におけるセンサが設けられた位置における車両の走行方向における橋梁の変位を表す観測値の時系列データを取得する取得部と、観測値の時系列データに対して予め設定された時間窓を用いた移動平均をした移動平均値の時系列データを算出する移動平均部と、観測値と移動平均値との差分を表す差分値の時系列データを算出する差算出部と、差分値の時系列データと、予め設定された閾値とを比較し、差分値が閾値を超えている場合に、車両が橋梁を通過したと判定する判定部と、を備える。【選択図】図6
