To provide an energization condition data acquisition method in an electrodeposition-coating facility, in which a coated film formed on the surface of a vehicle body can have an aimed thickness range by precisely measuring an electric current applied to the vehicle body.SOLUTION: In a current applicable range definition step, a current applicable range 61 is defined, which is an estimated range in which an electric current is applied to a vehicle body from a specific electrode. In a current measurement step, the electric current applied to the vehicle body from the specific electrode is actually measured. In a comparison-calculation step, the central position A1 of the current applicable range 61 is compared with a current peak position A2, and a deviation amount A3 from the central position A1 of the peak position A2 is calculated. In a current applicable range redefinition step, the current applicable range 61 is redefined by shifting the central position A1 so as to coincide with the peak position A2 based on the deviation amount A3. In a current applicable range application step, the redefined current applicable range 61 is also applied to the remaining electrodes except the specific electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車体に印加される電流を正確に測定することにより、車体の表面に形成される塗膜を狙った厚さ範囲にすることができる、電着塗装設備における通電条件データ取得方法を提供すること。【解決手段】電流印加範囲定義ステップでは、特定の電極から車体に電流が印加されると予想される範囲である電流印加範囲61を定義する。電流測定ステップでは、特定の電極から車体に印加される電流を実際に測定する。比較算出ステップでは、電流印加範囲61の中心位置A1と電流のピーク位置A2とを比較し、ピーク位置A2の中心位置A1からのずれ量A3を算出する。電流印加範囲再定義ステップでは、ずれ量A3に基づいて中心位置A1をピーク位置A2と一致するようにオフセットし、電流印加範囲61を再定義する。電流印加範囲適用ステップでは、再定義した電流印加範囲61を、特定の電極を除く残りの電極にも適用する。【選択図】図4
