To increase the efficiency of a rotary electric machine by reducing sliding loss of a bearing.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine of the present invention includes a stator having a plurality of coils and a stator core around which the coils are wound, a rotor that is supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the stator with a prescribed gap disposed therebetween, a rotor case that holds the rotor, and a first bearing and a second bearing that rotatably support the rotor case. The rotary electric machine includes a first flow channel forming body that forms a first flow channel through which a refrigerant flows to a coil end portion projected from the stator core, a first case portion that forms a housing space of the first bearing, is connected to the first flow channel of the first flow channel forming body, and fills the housing space with a refrigerant, a second flow channel forming body that forms a second flow channel through which a refrigerant flows to another coil end portion disposed on an axially opposite side to the coil end portion, and a second case portion that forms a housing space of the second bearing, is connected to the second flow channel of the second flow channel forming body, and fills the housing space with a refrigerant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
