To provide a gas fuel ship double pipe structure in which complete roundness of a cross section can be maintained without being affected by weld heat even when manufacturing a sleeve which closes a gap between outer pipes, or even in the case of shape deformation during half-splitting or in the case of half-split cross section welding, and an RT test is not required for a weld-bonded part of half-split cross sections, and a manufacturing method of the same structure.SOLUTION: A gas fuel ship double pipe structure comprises: outer pipes disposed at separation intervals of work required for perfectly penetrated abutment weld work and a nondestructive test of the welded part of inner pipes of a gas supply double pipe of a gas fuel ship of a predetermined length; a slide sleeve capable of sliding along outer peripheries of the outer pipes for a length covering the separation interval; and a corner thickness weld part between both ends of the slide sleeve and the outer pipes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
