To provide a dropout prevention structure 5 of a car door 3 capable of further reliably preventing the car door 3 from dropping out.SOLUTION: A dropout prevention structure of a car door comprises a first lower side roller 50 facing the underside of a door rail 40 to guide the opening and closing operation of the car door 3 and disposed at the position where it can abut on the underside of the door rail, a second lower side roller 51 disposed below the first lower side roller 50, and a sub rail 53 attached to a car body 2 in the state of facing above the second lower side roller 51 and being able to abut on the second lower side roller.
