To provide a tire condition monitoring system, a receiver, and a transmitter in which they are easily installed to a vehicle, and consumption power can be decreased.SOLUTION: A tire condition monitoring system 1 comprises: a transmitter 2 which is arranged in a vehicular tire, acquires information indicating tire condition, and repeatedly transmits a signal including the information indicating tire condition; and a receiver 3 which is arranged in a vehicle body of the vehicle, and receives the signal. The receiver can be switchable between a first reception mode where a signal is always received and a second reception mode where a cycle consisting of a signal receiving condition and a signal unreceiving condition following it is repeated. When no signal is continuingly received for a specific period while the receiver is activated at the first reception mode, it is switched to the second reception mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
