To provide a vehicle body front structure which can efficiently bond a dash upper panel to an upper member together with a cowl side panel without providing an unnecessary work hole for welding, and a method for manufacturing a vehicle body front part.SOLUTION: An upper structure is constituted by joining a lower edge part of a cowl side panel 16 to a side wall of an upper split piece 20 in a first joint part W1. A base part structure is constituted by joining a bending flange of a dash upper panel 13 to a side wall of an upper member base part 19 in a second joint part W2. In the upper structure and the base part structure, a skeleton structure is constituted by joining a lower edge part of the cowl side panel to an edge part of a notch part 18 of a base part side wall 19s in a third joint part W3. In the skeleton structure and an upper member lid member 12, upper and lower flange parts of the upper member lid member 12 are joined to an upper wall of the upper split piece 20 and a lower wall of the upper member base part 19 in a fourth joint part W4 and a fifth joint part W5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】不要な溶接用の作業孔を設けることなく、ダッシュアッパパネルをカウルサイドパネルとともにアッパメンバに効率良く接合することができる車体前部構造、及び、車体前部の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】カウルサイドパネル16の下縁部と上部分割片20の側壁が第1接合部W1で接合されて上部構造体を構成する。ダッシュアッパパネル13の折り曲げフランジとアッパメンバベース部19の側壁が第2接合部W2で接合されてベース部構造体を構成する。上部構造体とベース部構造体は、カウルサイドパネルの下縁部とベース部側壁19sの切欠き部18の縁部が第3接合部W3で接合されて骨格構造体を構成する。骨格構造体とアッパメンバ蓋部材12は、アッパメンバ蓋部材12の上下のフランジ部が上部分割片20の上壁とアッパメンバベース部19の下壁に第4接合部W4と第5接合部W5で接合される。【選択図】図5
