To properly control the transmission voltage from the primary side to the secondary side depending on the charging current to the installed storage battery and suppress degradation of DC/DC power supply efficiency on the secondary side.SOLUTION: The power receiving device capable of moving underwater includes: a power receiving unit that receives the power transmitted wirelessly underwater from a power transmission device; a power supply unit that has a storage battery and charges the storage battery based on the power received by the power receiving unit; a first sensor that detects rectified voltage value that has been rectified based on the received power; a second sensor that detects the current value for charging the storage battery by the power supply unit; a power receiving processor that determines the transmission voltage value corresponding to the power transmitted wirelessly from the power transmission device based on the rectified voltage value detected by the first sensor and the charge current value detected by the second sensor; and a communication unit that transmits the transmission voltage value determined by the power receiving processor to the power transmission device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
