To provide a vehicle travel locus transmission system and a vehicle traffic control system that reduce a communication load between a control device and each vehicle, a data processing load by the control device, and a data storage capacity.SOLUTION: In a vehicle travel locus transmission system comprising a GNSS receiver 17, a vehicle-side transmitter/receiver 18, a locator calculation unit 13, a wheel speed sensor 15, a gyro sensor 16, an acceleration sensor 14, and the like, the locator calculation device 13 transmits a first linear coordinate Ln together with vehicle identification information ID from the vehicle-side transmitter/receiver 18 to an external device 100 when an angle θ formed by the latest first linear coordinate Ln with respect to an extension line of a second linear coordinate Ln-1 one cycle before exceeds a predetermined threshold value, while the latest first linear coordinate Ln connects a latest first position coordinate Pn acquired at each predetermined cycle and a second position coordinate Pn-1 one cycle before.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
