To provide an in-vehicle communication device, an in-vehicle communication system, and an in-vehicle communication method that can be expected to improve communication reliability by using a plurality of communication paths provided between a plurality of devices.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle communication device according to an embodiment is connected to another device via a plurality of communication paths and transmits/receives a data frame containing a plurality of pieces of data via the communication paths. Priority is given to the data according to data types.
