Each of the position adjustment devices 2 includes a base frame 21, a first horizontal moving part 3, a second horizontal moving part 4, a vertical moving part 5, a horizontal driving mechanism 7 driving at least any one of the first horizontal moving part 3 and the second horizontal moving part 4, a vertical driving mechanism driving the vertical moving part 5, and an object support part 22 supporting the object 100 from below. The control device 9 controls the plurality of position adjustment devices 2 such that they are driven while being interlocked with one another, and controls the horizontal driving mechanism 7 and the vertical driving mechanism of each of the plurality of position adjustment devices 2 while being interlocked with one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
