To provide a vehicle travel control method and device in an automatic driving field and a smart traffic field.SOLUTION: A vehicle travel control method includes: obtaining distance between a vehicle and a first intersection, where the first intersection is an intersection where the vehicle is about to pass on a first road where the vehicle is currently located; when it is determined that the distance is smaller than or equal to preset distance, obtaining intersection information of the first intersection and traveling information of the vehicle, where the intersection information comprises lane information of at least two lanes on the first road; according to the intersection information and the traveling information, determining a target weight of each lane to be entered by the vehicle; and determining a planned travelling route of the vehicle according to the target weight to be entered into each lane. The target weight of the vehicle traveling on each lane is determined by lane, and then the planned travelling route of the vehicle is determined according to the target weight, so that accuracy of predicting the traveling route of the vehicle can be effectively improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】自動運転分野及びスマート交通分野における車両走行制御方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両と第1の交差点との間の距離を取得し、第1の交差点は、車両が現在位置する第1の道路では、車両が通過しようとする交差点であり、そして、距離が所定の距離以下であると決定されると、第1の交差点の交差点情報と車両の走行情報とを取得し、交差点情報は、第1の道路での少なくとも2つの車線の車線情報を含み、次に、交差点情報及び走行情報に従って、車両が進入しようとする各車線の目標重みを決定し、さらに、車両が進入しようとする各車線の目標重みに従って、車両の予定走行ルートを決定するようになっている。車両が各車線で走行する目標重みを、車線別に決定し、そして、目標重みに従って車両の予定走行ルートを決定することにより、車両走行ルートの予測の正確さを効果的に向上させることができる。【選択図】図3
