To provide a suspension adjustment method that is able to improve the traction of a tire while a vehicle is running and is able to improve riding comfort felt by an occupant.SOLUTION: A suspension adjustment method includes: a load detection step of detecting a load applied to a fastening portion 20 at each of three or more fastening portions 20 where a vehicle body B and a suspension 12 are fastened; and an adjustment step of making an adjustment such that a load applied to each fastening portion 20 is located within a preset range. This makes it possible to improve the traction of the tire T while the vehicle is running and improve riding comfort felt by an occupant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の走行中におけるタイヤの接地性を向上させるとともに乗員が感じる乗り心地を向上させることができるサスペンション調整方法を得る。【解決手段】サスペンション調整方法は、車体Bとサスペンション12とが締結された3箇所以上の締結部20において、各締結部20に加わる荷重を検出する荷重検出工程と、各締結部20に加わる荷重が予め設定された設定範囲内に位置するように調整する調整工程と、を含む。これにより、車両の走行中におけるタイヤTの接地性を向上させるとともに乗員が感じる乗り心地を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
