To provide an on-vehicle component support structure which enables improvement of design flexibility of a periphery of a vehicle body structural part.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle component support structure includes: a vehicle body structural part 2 having a closed cross section formed by an outer panel 5 and an inner panel and extending in a predetermined direction; a recessed part 7 formed over a predetermined section of the outer panel 5 of the vehicle body structural part 2 in an extension direction; a plate 4 which closes at least a part of the recessed part 7 and may support a sonar sensor 1; and a hole part 8 which is formed at the recessed part 7 of the outer panel 5 and has a size such that the sonar sensor 1 may be inserted when the sonar sensor 1 moves to the vehicle inner side.
