To provide an autonomous traveling vehicle operation management system capable of efficiently operating an autonomous traveling vehicle that carries at least one of a person and luggage.SOLUTION: An operation management system includes an autonomous traveling vehicle and a management server. The autonomous traveling vehicle includes a first processor and is configured to carry at least one of a person and luggage. The management server includes a second processor, communicates with the autonomous traveling vehicle, and manages the operation of the autonomous traveling vehicle. The first processor or the second processor determines whether or not there is a transport task in which the autonomous traveling vehicle carries at least one of a person and luggage, and if there is no transport task, performs task switching processing for causing the autonomous vehicle to perform one of a patrol task in which the autonomous traveling vehicle patrols an operating area of the traveling vehicle, a cleaning task in which the autonomous traveling vehicle cleans the operating area, and a patrol cleaning task in which the autonomous traveling vehicle performs both patrol and cleaning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】人及び荷物のうちの少なくとも一方を運ぶ自律走行車両の効率的な運用が可能な自律走行車両の運行管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】運行管理システムは、自律走行車両と、管理サーバとを備える。自律走行車両は、第1のプロセッサを含み、人及び荷物のうちの少なくとも一方を運ぶように構成されている。管理サーバは、第2のプロセッサを含み、自律走行車両と通信を行い、自律走行車両の運行を管理する。第1のプロセッサ又は第2のプロセッサは、自律走行車両が人及び荷物のうちの少なくとも一方を運ぶ搬送タスクがあるか否かを判定し、搬送タスクがない場合には、自律走行車両が当該自律走行車両の運行地域の巡回を行う巡回タスク、自律走行車両が運行地域の清掃を行う清掃タスク、並びに巡回及び清掃の双方を行う巡回清掃タスクのうちの何れか1つを自律走行車両に実行させるタスク切替処理を実行する。【選択図】図1
