To suppress the eccentric wear of components constituting a clutch mechanism, and to maintain initial performance for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A holder member 160 holds roller members 150, and push-presses the roller member 150 toward a cylinder part 142 of a gear cover 140. Therefore, the roller members 150 can be made to constantly contact with the cylinder part 142 irrespective of an attachment posture (installation posture) to an attachment object. The roller members 150 which are three in a total number can be thereby brought into locked states altogether (substantially simultaneously). By this constitution, the eccentric wear of components constituting a clutch mechanism CL can be suppressed, and it becomes possible to maintain initial performance for a long period of time. Also, since the roller members 150 can be made to constantly contact with the cylinder part 142, the clutch mechanism CL can be quickly brought into the lock state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】クラッチ機構を構成する部品の偏摩耗を抑制して、長期に亘り初期性能を維持する。【解決手段】ホルダ部材160が、コロ部材150を保持するとともに、コロ部材150をギヤカバー140の筒部142に向けて押圧する。したがって、取り付け対象物への取り付け姿勢(設置姿勢)に依らず、コロ部材150を筒部142に接触させておくことができる。よって、合計3つのコロ部材150をそれぞれ一緒に(略同時に)ロック状態にすることができる。これにより、クラッチ機構CLを構成する部品の偏摩耗を抑制して、長期に亘り初期性能を維持することが可能となる。また、コロ部材150を筒部142に接触させておくことができるので、クラッチ機構CLを素早くロック状態にすることが可能となる。【選択図】図4
