To provide a food material gripping device that can easily and reliably transfer a food material lump by automatic mechanical actuation.SOLUTION: A food material gripping device M configured to grip a food material lump at a placed position and transfer it to a nearby position comprises: an upper substrate 1 that can be raised and lowered and has a first rotary shaft insertion hole 11 bored in the center; a support pressing plate 3 that has a second rotary shaft insertion hole 31 bored in the center and is integrated with the upper substrate 1; a control rod support plate 5 having a third rotary shaft insertion hole 51 bored in the center and fixed to lower ends of a plurality of connecting pins 4 hanging from the support pressing plate 3; a rotatable wire support shaft 6 inserted through each of the rotary shaft insertion holes; a spiral wire body 8 which hangs from the lower end of the wire support shaft 6, and which is screwed into and support the food material lump; and a plurality of food material lump control rods 9 which hang from the control rod support plate 5, and which contact the food material lump on their peripheral surfaces and keeping it immobile when the spiral wire body 8 is screwed in.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自動的に機械的作動により食材塊を容易に確実に移し替えることできる食材把持装置を提供する。【解決手段】食材塊を配置した位置において把持してその近傍位置に移送するように構成した食材把持装置Mにおいて、昇降自在で中央に第一回転軸挿貫孔11を穿設した上部基板1と、中央に第二回転軸挿貫孔31を穿設し上部基板1と一体とした支持押圧板3と、中央に第三回転軸挿貫孔51を穿設し支持押圧板3に垂設した複数の連結ピン4の下端に固設した規制棒支持板5と、各回転軸挿貫孔に挿貫した回転自在の線体支持軸6と、食材塊に螺入支持する線体支持軸6の下端に垂設した螺旋状の螺旋線体8と、螺旋線体8を螺入するに際して食材塊をその周面において当接して不動状態とするために規制棒支持板5に垂設した複数の食材塊規制棒9とにより構成した。【選択図】図1
