To provide a refuse crane that can prevent damage to the moisture meter in advance and obtain accurate measurement values stably over a long period of time, and a refuse incineration facility equipped with the refuse crane.SOLUTION: A refuse crane with a retractable bucket 24 to grab refuse includes a corrosion-resistant electromagnetic wave transmitting member 41 mounted on an opening 40 provided on the bucket 24, and a non-contact moisture meter 45(48) that irradiates with electromagnetic waves the refuse in the bucket 24 through the electromagnetic wave transmitting member 41 to measure the moisture content of the refuse. A crane control unit controls the operation of the refuse crane so that the moisture content of the refuse in each of a plurality of sub-areas is within a predetermined range based on the measurement results of the non-contact moisture meter 45 (48) in a refuse incineration facility equipped with the refuse crane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】水分計の破損を未然に防ぐことができるとともに、正確な計測値を長期に亘って安定的に得ることができるごみクレーン、及び当該ごみクレーンを備えたごみ焼却施設を提供する。【解決手段】ごみを掴む開閉式のバケット24を備えるごみクレーンであって、バケット24に設けられた開口部40に装着される耐食性の電磁波透過部材41と、電磁波透過部材41を通してバケット24内のごみに電磁波を照射し当該ごみの水分率を計測する非接触式水分計45(48)とを備えるものとする。ごみクレーンを備えたごみ焼却施設において、クレーン制御部は、非接触式水分計45(48)の計測結果に基づいて、複数の小領域のそれぞれのごみの水分率が所定範囲となるように、ごみクレーンの動作を制御する。【選択図】図2
