To provide an energy storage device (ESS) for hydrogen filling of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and charging of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: In an energy storage device 100 in which a fuel cell stack pack 110 which can operate in either a fuel cell mode or an electrolysis mode produces hydrogen by the power generated by a grid 30 or a battery pack 120 and stores the hydrogen in a hydrogen tank 130, and in the fuel cell mode, that is driven and controlled such that the generated power is charged in the battery pack 120 in the fuel cell mode, the stored power is supplied to an electric vehicle and a hydrogen vehicle through an electric vehicle dispenser 20 and the hydrogen stored in the hydrogen tank is supplied to the electric vehicle and the hydrogen vehicle through a hydrogen vehicle dispenser 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
