To provide a joining method of a member which has a high joint strength for a force of such a direction that a tube body is drawn out of a hole part, and a joined body.SOLUTION: A bumper system 1 includes a rear wall 12 of a bumper beam 10 provided with hole parts 16, 17 and tubular parts 21, 22 elongated in a longitudinal direction. Therein, the tubular parts 21, 22 are inserted to the hole parts 16, 17 and include a bumper stay 20 pipe-expansion joined to the hole parts 16, 17. The bumper stay 20 has a drawing hindrance part 24 which protrudes from an outer surface of the tubular parts 21, 22 on a cross-section vertical to the longitudinal direction. The drawing hindrance part 24 is abutted to the rear wall 12 of the bumper beam 10 in such a direction A1 that the bumper stay 20 is drawn from the hole parts 16, 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
