To provide a sound pressure measurement device capable of commonly attaching a sound pressure sensor to various kinds of horns whose curved shapes are varied from one another so as to measure a sound pressure of an existing speaker at any time.SOLUTION: In a sound pressure measurement device 100, a holding part 120 of a sound pressure sensor 110 includes: a first abutment part 123 arranged outside of a horn 13a such that three points of the holding part are abutted on a part 13c of the horn 13a on the side of an opening end edge 13b; and a second abutment part 124 arranged inside of the horn 13a and abutted on the part 13c so as to sandwich the part 13c between the first abutment part 123 and the second abutment part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
