To suppress a reverse flow of current from a second power supply to a first power supply without increasing a size and cost of a control circuit.SOLUTION: An MPU 100 for controlling a changeover switch 12, an FET switch for connecting a main battery 2 with a sub battery 3 having low rated voltage, makes the changeover switch 12 be in an ON state when an electric potential difference ΔV(=VMain-VSub), a difference between voltage VMain of the main battery 2 and voltage VSub of the sub battery 3, is equal to or higher than a positive first predetermined value; outputs a PWM signal to a driver 14 to make the changeover switch 12 be in a half-ON state when the electric potential difference ΔV is lower than the first predetermined value and higher than a second predetermined value that is equal to or lower than 0; and makes the changeover switch 12 be in an OFF state when the electric potential difference ΔV is equal to or lower than the second predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】制御回路の大型化や高コスト化を招くことなく、第2の電源から第1の電源への電流の逆流を抑制する。【解決手段】メインバッテリー2と定格電圧が低いサブバッテリー3とを接続するFETスイッチである切換スイッチ12を制御するMPU100であって、メインバッテリー2の電圧VMainとサブバッテリー3の電圧VSubとの差である電位差ΔV(=VMain-VSub)が、正の第1の所定値以上の場合、切換スイッチ12をONの状態にし、電位差ΔVが、第1の所定値より小さく、且つ、0以下の第2の所定値より大きい場合、ドライバ14にPWM信号を出力して切換スイッチ12をハーフオンの状態にし、電位差ΔVが第2の所定値以下の場合、切換スイッチ12をOFFの状態にする。【選択図】図1
