To provide a technique that enables a desirable operation of a mobile body.SOLUTION: The mobile body operation system includes: a landing position acquisition unit for acquiring a position where a mobile body can land on a route used by the mobile body to get to a destination; a mobile body position acquisition unit for acquiring a current position of the mobile body; and a landing position determining unit for determining a landing-possible position which is the closest to the position acquired by the mobile body position acquisition unit of the landing-possible positions acquired by the landing position acquisition unit to be a landing position when the mobile body is landing on a position which is not the destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
