To provide a moving entity control system capable of properly controlling a moving entity which can perpendicularly take off or land.SOLUTION: A moving entity control system includes a ground monitoring device and a moving entity controller capable of communicating with the ground monitoring device. The moving entity controller controls flight of a moving entity capable of perpendicularly taking off or landing. The ground monitoring device assigns a flight course along which the moving entity takes off or lands. When an interference space exists between one flight course and another flight course, unless the one flight course is preserved, the ground monitoring device does not permit flight along the flight course.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
