To provide a vehicle dispatch system that determines a vehicle dispatch route, based on the number of remote assistance requests and reduces a load on a remote operator.SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch system for dispatching an automatic operation vehicle capable of traveling following a remote assistance by a remote operator, includes: a route search-for unit 45 that searches for a route to a vehicle dispatch point; a required time estimation unit 46 that, based on map information, estimates a time required for the automatic operation vehicle to arrive at the vehicle dispatch point by the route; a remote assistance request number calculation unit 47 that, based on the route and a remote assistance request condition set in advance, calculates the number of remote assistance requests on the route, which is the number of times that the automatic operation vehicle requests the remote operator to remotely assist the automatic operation vehicle; and a vehicle dispatch determination unit 48 that, in a case where a plurality of routes are searched for by the route search-for unit, determines a vehicle dispatch route to the vehicle dispatch point to which the automatic operation vehicle travels, based on the required time for each of the routes and the number of the remote assistance requests for each of the routes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
