To provide a so-called free power method in which energy generated by crank movement of a bicycle is effectively used with silicon resin but the energy is only a part of the entire crank movement, and solve the problems such that the silicon resin only adopts to slow movement performed by a human and does not widely adopt to other crank movement and may deteriorate or wear.SOLUTION: A storage assisting role by silicone resin during acceleration or on an upward slope is replaced by using repelling forces of permanent magnets. With a device with a combination of a rotation ring of FIG. 9 and a frame of FIG. 10, human power can be surely applied to crank movement such as movement by a piston and is strong to deterioration or wear due to inorganic non-contact type, and the device can be downsized to be used in a wide range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】自転車のクランク運動で発生するエネルギーを、シリコン樹脂を使いフリーパワーという方法で効率的に活用する方法が見られるが、クランク運動全体の一部分でしかない。シリコン樹脂は人間の行う緩慢な動作だけに適応したもので、他の広範なクランク運動には適応せず、劣化や疲労の欠点もある。今回の提案は、その解決策です。【解決手段】シリコン樹脂が加速度中や登り坂で蓄えアシストする役割を、永久磁石の互いに反発する力を利用することで代替えする。図9の回転リングと図10のフレームを組み合わせた装置で人力は勿論、ピストンで動くようなクランク運動にも適用でき、且つ無機質の非接触型なので劣化や消耗にも強く、小型化もでき利用範囲が広い。【選択図】図3
