To stably achieve a relaxed state of an occupant who does not need a driving operation.SOLUTION: A cabin illumination control system 1 includes: a heart rate sensor 23 for measuring a heart rate of an occupant; one or more first light sources 31, 32, 46 for illuminating a cabin; a seat control device 2 for controlling the posture of a seat where the occupant is seated; and a light emission control device 2 for controlling a light emission state of the first light sources 31, 32, 46. The light emission control device 2 controls the light emission state of the first light sources 31, 32, 46 on the basis of the measurement values of the heart rate sensor 23 when the posture of a seat 3 is brought into a backward inclined state from a standard state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
