To provide a driving alternation control device capable of securing safety at the time of transition during transition from high automatic driving to low automatic driving.SOLUTION: A driving alternation control device 13 is provided in a vehicle 10 which can be driven by automatic operation according to level, and controls an operation alternation operation when transition from an advanced automatic operation with high level to a low automatic operation with low level is performed. When awakening degree of a driver is low at the time of driving alternation, the driving alternation control device 13 limits output of a vehicle driving device 20 with respect to an operation amount given to a driver operation device 19 by the driver 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】高度自動運転から低度自動運転に遷移する際に、遷移時に於ける安全性を確保できる運転交代制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】運転交代制御装置13は、レベルに応じた自動運転により走行可能な車両10に備えられ、レベルが高い高度自動運転から、レベルが低い低度自動運転に遷移する際の、運転交代動作を制御する。運転交代制御装置13は、運転交代時に、運転者の覚醒度が低い場合には、運転者21が運転者操作装置19に与える操作量に対して、車両運転装置20の出力を制限する。【選択図】図3
