To accurately detect biological information while appropriately removing an influence of noise resulting from a change in a state of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A biological information detector comprises: an acquisition processing unit for acquiring a biological signal which shows biological information on a crew member of a vehicle and on which noise resulting from a change in a state of the vehicle is superposed and state information showing the state of the vehicle; a setting processing unit that for the biological signal, sets a window as an object of frequency analysis and changes the window's length depending on a degree of change in a frequency of the state information in a section corresponding to the window; and a detection processing unit that executes the frequency analysis of the biological signal in the window and, on the basis of a result of the frequency analysis, detects the biological information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】車両の状態の変化に起因する雑音の影響を適切に取り除きながら生体情報を精度良く検出する。【解決手段】本開示の一例としての生体情報検出装置は、車両の状態の変化に起因する雑音が重畳された車両の乗員の生体情報を示す生体信号と、車両の状態を示す状態情報と、を取得する取得処理部と、生体信号に対して周波数解析の対象としての窓を設定し、当該窓の長さを、窓に対応した区間における状態情報の周波数の変化の度合に応じて変更する設定処理部と、窓における生体信号の周波数解析を実行し、当該周波数解析の結果に基づいて、生体情報を検出する検出処理部と、を備える。【選択図】図7
