To provide a hybrid type saddle-riding vehicle which is prevented from becoming large-size and furthermore effectively cools a battery of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding vehicle includes a battery storing electric power to be supplied to an electric motor, and comprises an on-vehicle component disposed behind an engine and a traveling wind flow passage member disposed behind the on-vehicle component. The battery has at least one heat dissipation member exposed on at least one side of the battery. The traveling wind flow passage member has at least one inflow port into which traveling wind flows, at least one outflow port from which the traveling wind flows out, and at least one side wall which forms a flow passage with side faces of the on-vehicle component between the inflow port and the outflow port. The flow passage includes a heat exchange region adjacent to a side of the heat dissipation member and an upstream region adjacent to the heat exchange region on an upstream side. A flow passage cross-sectional area in the heat exchange region is smaller than a flow passage cross-sectional area in the upstream region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
