To provide an entrainment support device capable of having people stably and safely entrain in a simple composition.SOLUTION: An entrainment support device 1 is provided with a bridge body 10 on which a person is capable of walking, a tip fixing member 11 provided to a tip side of the bridge body 10 for fixing the bridge body 10 to an offshore wind power generation facility 3, and a bridge body control unit 12 provided on a base side of the bridge body 10 for controlling the bridge body 1 corresponding to rocking of a vessel 2, and the bridge body control unit 12 includes a yaw direction support unit 50 for supporting the bridge body 10 to be freely rocked in the yaw direction, a roll direction support unit 60 for supporting the bridge body 10 to be freely rocked in the roll direction, and a pitch direction support unit 70 for supporting the bridge body 10 to be freely rocked in the pitch direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
