To accurately predict movement of water inside a fuel cell stack.SOLUTION: A fuel cell installed vehicle (100) comprises: a fuel cell system (200) comprising a fuel cell stack (210) including a laminate composed of a plurality of unit cells (211) that are laminated and manifolds (212, 213) which pass through the laminate in its lamination direction and through which reaction gas flows and a control unit (250) for controlling supply of reaction gas to the fuel cell stack; acceleration acquisition means (251) for acquiring acceleration applied in the lamination direction; and lapse time acquisition means (252) for acquiring a lapse time after occurrence of the acceleration. The control unit calculates an impulse to be applied to the fuel cell stack on the basis of the acceleration and the lapse time and, when the calculated impulse is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold, determines that possibility of flooding exists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
