To secure safety of a work site in which an unmanned vehicle is operated and suppress reduction in productivity.SOLUTION: A control system 1 for an unmanned vehicle for setting an allowable area for permitting travel for each unmanned vehicle includes: an unmanned vehicle data acquisition unit 321 for acquiring unmanned vehicle data including position data of the unmanned vehicle; a road surface state data acquisition unit 322 for acquiring road surface state data capable of predicting stop accuracy of a road on which the unmanned vehicle travels; and a travel conditions data generation unit 323 for generating data including an allowable area in a travel path of the unmanned vehicle, a stop point in the allowable area, and target travel speed for stopping the unmanned vehicle at the stop point based on the unmanned vehicle data acquired by the unmanned vehicle data acquisition unit 321. The travel conditions data generation unit 323 sets the allowable area or the stop point based on the road conditions data of the predetermined area including the stop point acquired by the road surface state data acquisition unit 322.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
