To contribute to improvement of management efficiency of a service facility due to improvement of vehicle travelling environment.SOLUTION: An information processor 10 has a control part 13. The control part 13 acquires operation information on driving of a vehicle 20 and positional information on the vehicle 20, creates improvement information of travel environment of the vehicle 20 including positional information when the operation information reaches a threshold when determining that the acquired operation information reaches the threshold, and provides the created improvement information to a service facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
