To provide a track prediction device and track prediction method capable of enhancing accuracy in predicting a track of a mobile body with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A track prediction device includes an extraction section 1011 and a registration section 1012. The extraction section 1011 extracts track data of a mobile body from a written report where a still image or a moving image expressing the track of the mobile body is recorded. The registration section 1012 registers the extracted track data in a track database for track prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
