To provide a non-contact power supply method to a vehicle or the like equipped with a photovoltaic power generation panel using a multi-junction solar cell by irradiating a photovoltaic power generation panel with light, and a device therefor.SOLUTION: A non-contact light power supply method to a vehicle or the like equipped with a solar power generation panel according to the present invention includes: preparing a light projecting device that projects light including a wavelength component absorbed by each of all solar cell layers stacked in a multi-junction solar cell; irradiating a receiving surface of the multi-junction solar cell of the solar power generation panel of the vehicle or the like with the light project from the light projecting device; and taking out the power generated by the light irradiation from the multi-junction solar cell. In addition, the light projecting device for non-contact power supply includes: light emitting means for emitting light containing a wavelength component absorbed by each of all the solar cell layers laminated in the multi-junction type solar cell of the vehicle or the like; and light irradiation means for irradiating the light receiving surface of the multi-junction solar cell with light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
