To provide a technology for supporting creation of a layout plan of measurement sensors to be used to calculate an OD traffic volume for a pedestrian.SOLUTION: A layout plan creation support system designates candidate positions, which include at least positions where respective measurement sensors can be laid, in a pedestrian passage network, and creates a solution candidate, which defines a set of candidate positions of the measurement sensors, out of the candidate positions. A verification traffic volume between OD nodes in the pedestrian passage network is designated, whereby a verification total departure traffic volume and verification total arrival traffic volume is designated for each OD node. Based on the verification total departure traffic volume and verification total arrival traffic volume, and a solution candidate adaptation network which is a partial network, in which a traffic volume can be measured based on the solution candidate, out of the pedestrian passage network, an estimate traffic volume between the OD nodes is estimated, and the estimate traffic volume is compared with the verification traffic volume in order to evaluate the solution candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】歩行者のOD交通量を算出するための計測用センサの配置計画の作成を支援する技術を提供すること。【解決手段】配置計画作成支援システムは、歩行者通行ネットワーク上に計測用センサを配置可能な位置を少なくとも含む候補位置を設定し、その中から計測用センサの候補位置の組み合わせを定めた解候補を作成する。また、歩行者通行ネットワークのODノード間の検証用交通量を設定することで、ODノード毎の検証用総出発交通量および検証用総到着交通量を設定する。そして、検証用総出発交通量および検証用総到着交通量と、歩行者通行ネットワークのうちの解候補に基づく交通量計測可能な部分ネットワークでなる解候補適用ネットワークと、に基づいて、ODノード間の推計交通量を推計し、検証用交通量と推計交通量とを比較することで解候補を評価する。【選択図】図2
