To assist a user in determining whether or not to avoid points where the user has actually encountered danger when traveling.SOLUTION: A navigation controller 20 comprises: a dangerous point information acquisition unit 24 for acquiring dangerous point information that indicates dangerous points where dangerous events have occurred while traveling; a route search unit 25 for searching for a route to a destination; and a reproduction control unit 32 for reproducing video data captured when having traveled in dangerous points. The route search unit 25 searches, on the basis of the dangerous point information acquired by the dangerous point information acquisition unit 24, for an avoidance route that detours dangerous points when the normal route to the destination passes through dangerous points. The reproduction control unit 32 reproduces the video data captured at dangerous points when there is possibility that the normal route passing through dangerous points is presented by route guidance, on the basis of the search result of the route search unit 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
