To prevent damage to a hull and improve the crew members' comfort.SOLUTION: A system acquires the shape of the sea surface in the vicinity of a vessel, and predicts the movement of a wave on the basis of the acquired information. If the wave whose movement is predicted comes toward the vessel, the system extracts the crest of the wave and attaches a tag 28a. When it was determined that a shock greater than a threshold value will be applied when the hull of the vessel goes over the wave to which the tag 28a is attached, and that the bow of the vessel will take off from the crest of the wave, ECU restricts and then closes a throttle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】船体の破損を抑止し、且つ乗員の快適性を向上させる。【解決手段】船舶の周辺の海面形状を取得し、これに基づき波の動きを予測する。前記動きが予測された波が船舶へ向かっている場合、これらの波の波頂を抽出してタグ28aを付ける。船舶船体がタグ28aが付けられた波を乗り越えた際に閾値以上の衝撃が作用されると判定され、かつ当該波の波頂から船舶の船首が離水すると判定される場合、ECUによってスロットルが絞られてやがて閉じられる。【選択図】図7
