To provide a technique for reducing a possibility that a delivery vehicle is guided to a parking position where work is not possible.SOLUTION: A delivery support system is configured, which is comprised of: a parking state acquisition unit that acquires a parking state for indicating a usage state of a plurality of parking positions provided in a distribution base for unloading from a delivery vehicle; an unloading availability state acquisition unit that acquires an unloading availability state for indicating whether unloading is possible to an unloading position corresponding to the parking position for each of the plurality of parking positions; and a guide unit that guides the delivery vehicle to the parking position where the delivery vehicle can be parked and can be unloaded based on the parking state and an unloadability state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
