To provide a manufacturing method of a vehicular ceiling material and a manufacturing apparatus of the vehicular ceiling material which can prevent a binder from contaminating a skin material even without interposing a hot melt film in a molding process.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a vehicular ceiling material comprises the steps of: continuously supplying, to a mold 4, a base material 2 including a plate-like base material 21 of a soft polyurethane foam immersed with a binder 26 that is obtained by delivering the base material 21A from a base material roll, and a skin material 3 delivered from the skin material roll 3A and apart from an upper surface 1a of the base material 2 while permitting a portion in a case where the portion is in contact with the base material 2, separately; vertically separating the skin material 3 and the base material 2 and introducing them between an upper die 6 and a lower die 5 in the mold-opening state of the mold 4; closing the mold by making a molding object material 1 in which the skin material 3 is overlapped on the base material 2; and molding a ceiling material by curing the binder 26 with hot press under the mold-closing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】成形過程で、ホットメルトフィルムを介在させなくてもバインダが表皮材を汚すのを防ぐ車両用天井材の製造方法及び車両用天井材の製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】基材ロールから基材21Aを繰り出し、バインダ26を含浸させた軟質ポリウレタン発泡体の板状基材21が備わるベース材2と、表皮材ロール3Aから繰り出し、該ベース材2に一部が接触した場合はその部分を許容しつつ、該ベース材2の上面1aから離した表皮材3とを、それぞれ別々に金型4へ向けて連続的に供給し、該金型4の型開状態にある上型6と下型5間に該表皮材3と該ベース材2とを上下に離間させて導入後、該表皮材3が該ベース材2に重なる被成形素材1にして型閉じし、その後、型閉じ下での熱プレスにより前記バインダ26を硬化させて天井材を成形する。【選択図】図1
