To provide an assembled battery state determination device and a state determination method capable of accurately determining a state of a parallel battery block in an assembled battery in which parallel battery blocks are connected in series.SOLUTION: A parameter ratio (Pr) which is a ratio of a parameter (P) of a parallel battery block to be determined and an average value (Pave) of parameters (P) of a plurality of parallel battery blocks, is calculated to acquire a moving average value (Prma) of the parameter ratio (Pr). Then a state of the parallel battery block to be determined is determined based on an index value (Pi) which is a difference between the parameter (P) of the parallel block to be determined and the moving average value (Prma).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】複数の並列電池ブロックを直列に接続した組電池において、並列電池ブロックの状態を精度良く判定可能な、組電池の状態判定装置および状態判定方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】判定対象である並列電池ブロックのパラメータ(P)と複数の並列電池ブロックのパラメータ(P)の平均値(Pave)との比であるパラメータ比(Pr)を算出し、パラメータ比(Pr)の移動平均値(Prma)を求め、判定の対象となる並列ブロックのパラメータ(P)と移動平均値(Prma)の差である指標値(Pi)に基づいて、判定対象である並列電池ブロックの状態を判定する。【選択図】図4
