To provide a heat-shielding soundproof material for a vehicle that can have heat-shielding properties and maintain formability, and is lightweight and further superior in sound absorbing performance and sound insulating performance.SOLUTION: A heat-shielding soundproof material for a vehicle is formed by integrally joining a skin layer 2 formed of an aluminum sheet embossed to have a projection part 21 and a recessed part 22 projecting to a top surface side and recessed to a reverse surface side alternately in a front-rear and a right-left direction, and a base material layer 3 made of glass fiber and binder resin, to the reverse surface side of the skin layer. The skin layer has a non-circular air vent 4 in a tapered part 24 of at least one of the projection part and recessed part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】遮熱性を備えて且つ成形性を維持でき、軽量で且つ更に吸音性能及び遮音性能に優れた車両用遮熱防音材を提供する。【解決手段】車両用遮熱防音材は、エンボス加工されて、表面側に突出した凸部21と裏面側に凹んだ凹部22とを前後及び左右に交互に備えるアルミシートからなる表皮層2と、ガラス繊維及びバインダー樹脂からなる基材層3とを、表皮層の裏面側に一体に接合してなる。表皮層は、凸部及び凹部の少なくとも一方の先細部24に非円形の通気孔4を備える。【選択図】図1
