To provide a connector which can absorb relative misalignment between terminals while cooling the terminals, and to provide a cable with the connector.SOLUTION: A connector is inserted into an inlet of an electric vehicle and includes a first terminal and a second terminal which are connected to mating side terminals of the inlet. The first terminal and the second terminal have a first refrigerant passage and a second refrigerant passage for flowing a refrigerant into the first terminal and the second terminal; and a communication part which connects the first refrigerant passage with the second refrigerant passage. The communication part has: a first protrusion part protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the first terminal to the second terminal; a second protrusion part protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the second terminal to the first terminal; and a connection part which connects the first protrusion part with the second protrusion part.
