To provide a vehicle, a heat exchange plate, and a battery pack, the vehicle comprising a hybrid type heat exchange plate using a refrigerant and cooling liquid.SOLUTION: A battery temperature regulation system comprises: a refrigerant circuit through which a refrigerant circulates; a cooling liquid circuit through which cooling liquid circulates; a first heat exchange plate 21A comprising a first cooling liquid layer 30 for making cooling liquid circulate between a first surface 22 and a second surface 23 and a refrigerant layer 40 for making a refrigerant circulate between the first surface and the second surface; a first battery module group 10A; a second heat exchange plate 21B comprising a second cooling liquid layer 30 for making cooling liquid circulate; and a second battery module group 10B. At least part of the first cooling liquid layer is disposed so as to overlap with the refrigerant layer. The first heat exchange plate comprises a refrigerant input part 40A, a refrigerant output part 40B, a cooling liquid input part 30A through which cooling liquid is input toward the first cooling liquid layer, and a cooling liquid output part 30B. The refrigerant circuit is connected to the refrigerant input part and the refrigerant output part.
