The accommodation forming part (30) has an opening forming part (327) for making the inside and the outside of the accommodation chamber (30S) communicate with each other, and forming an opening (32b) in which fuel vapor passes, a cylindrical valve seat (325) of the valve body (40) formed at an inner surface, and protruding to the accommodation chamber (30S) while surrounding the opening (32b), and a cylinder wall part (321) formed at an outer surface, and protruding in a direction separating from the accommodation chamber (30S) while surrounding the opening (32b). An inside diameter end part of the cylinder wall part (321) is located apart from an outer edge of the opening (32b) to the outside of a radial direction, and an inside diameter of the cylinder wall part (321) is larger than 1 time of an inside diameter of the opening (32b), and equal to or smaller than 1.4 times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
