To provide a working device in a hoistway capable of stabilizing a work floor, and accurately and safely performing a rail fixing work on the work floor.SOLUTION: A working device in a hoistway consists of a posture adjustment part for adjusting the posture of a work floor 6, and a guide part for guiding the posture adjustment part. The posture adjustment part comprises: a fixed part 43 fixed to the work floor on the opposite side of a portion where a winder rope 10 is attached; a contact part 41 coming in contact with a wall surface 3 of a hoistway 2 and capable of moving in a horizontal direction (an X direction) of the wall surface; an arm part 42 connecting the contact part and the fixed part, and expanding/contracting in a longitudinal direction (a Y direction) perpendicular to the horizontal direction; a posture detection part 44 for detecting an inclination of the work floor; and a control part 45 for controlling the expansion/contraction amount of the arm part based on the inclination of the work floor detected by the posture detection part. The guide part comprises: a sling 7 fixed to the work floor; a guide shoe 8 installed on the sling; and a sling arm 9 one end of which is fixed to the sling and the other end of which is connected to the winder rope.     【課題】作業床が安定し、作業床上でのレール固定作業が正確で安全に行える昇降路内作業装置の提供。【解決手段】装置は、作業床6の姿勢を調整する姿勢調整部と、姿勢調整部をガイドするガイド部から成り、姿勢調整部は、ワインダーロープ10が取り付けられた部分と反対側の作業床に固定された固定部43と、昇降路2の壁面3と接触し壁面の水平方向(X方向)に移動可能な接触部41と、接触部と固定部を繋ぎ、水平方向と直角な長手方向(Y方向)に伸縮するアーム部42と、作業床の傾斜を検出する姿勢検出部44と、姿勢検出部で検出した作業床の傾斜から、アーム部の伸縮量を制御する制御部45を備え、ガイド部は、作業床に固定されたスリング7と、スリングに設置されたガイドシュー8と、スリングに一端が固定され、他端がワインダーロープに接続されるスリングアーム9を備え、ガイドシューは、昇降路の底部に一端が固定されたレール5に案内される。【選択図】図4
