To provide an air-conditioning duct that prevents an adhesive layer from being softened or melted even if hot air flows, and prevents duct members from being separated from each other.SOLUTION: To form an air-conditioning duct 1, a first duct member 2 of a plate shape and a duct member 3 of a U-shaped cross sectional channel shape, which are two separate members in a duct circumferential direction, are bonded together by an adhesive layer 4 interposed between the duct members 2, 3. The first duct member 2 is made of PP, the second duct member 3 is made of foamed PE, and the adhesive layer 4 is made of an olefinic hot melt adhesive. An open time of an olefinic hot-melt adhesive is 5 to 60 seconds, a storage elastic modulus, at 80°C, of the adhesive layer 4 is 40 kPa or more, and a shear bond strength (JIS K6850) at 80°C between the duct members 2, 3 by the adhesive layer 4 is 0.05 MPa or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】高温の空気が流れても接着剤層が軟化又は溶融せず、ダクト部材間が剥離しない空調ダクトを提供する。【解決手段】空調ダクト1は、ダクト周方向に二つに分かれた、板状の第1ダクト部材2と、断面コ字状のチャンネル形状の第2ダクト部材3が、ダクト部材2,3間に介された接着剤層4により接着されてなる。第1ダクト部材2はPPからなり、第2ダクト部材3は発泡PEからなり、接着剤層4はオレフィン系ホットメルト接着剤からなる。オレフィン系ホットメルト接着剤のオープンタイムが5〜60秒であり、接着剤層4の80℃における貯蔵弾性率が40kPa以上であり、接着剤層4によるダクト部材2,3間の80℃におけるせん断接着強度(JIS K6850)が0.05MPa以上である。【選択図】図1
