To provide a rectifier capable of appropriately controlling a lift force working on the sheath of a mobile body.SOLUTION: A rectifier includes: a downward air flow generation section 100D which is installed on a front edge part 80 at the sheath of a mobile body 1 and generates an air flow FD traveling downward; a backward air flow generation section 100B which is installed on a lower surface part extending to backward side from the lower part of the front edge part at the sheath to generate an air flow FB traveling backward; and a control section 200 which executes lift force increment control for operating the downward air flow generation section and stopping the backward air flow generation section according to a state of the mobile body and lift force restraint control for stopping the downward air flow generation section and operating the backward air flow generation section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
